The model presented is indicative. In the event of unavailability, particularly following an incident, DRAAYV may offer you a similar vehicle. The essential characteristics agreed in your quote, including category, gearbox and number of seats, will serve as a reference. Any modification of these characteristics or the price will be communicated to you for agreement.
The quote specifies the agreed characteristics. A replacement does not make it possible to impose a modification of these characteristics or the price without the customer's agreement. If no suitable solution is available, contact DRAAYV to organize the continuation of your reservation.
Demande et confirmation
The form sends a reservation request to DRAAYV. Its acknowledgment of receipt does not confirm either the availability of the vehicle or the reservation. The team checks your request and sends you a proposal. No payment is required when submitting the form. After agreement on the quote and validation of availability, confirmation requires receipt of 20% of the reservation amount.
DRAAYV sends a written quote specifying the vehicle or category, dates, locations, overall price, deposit, options, guarantees and applicable conditions. The customer expressly accepts this offer and its conditions; DRAAYV sends a written confirmation after receipt of the expected 20% payment. A request, an estimate or the silence of the customer does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
Prices and rental duration
MAD, EUR and USD rates are independent. Your selected currency applies to your estimate. The accepted quote specifies the currency, total price including taxes, extras and known mandatory charges. Conditional charges are shown separately with the circumstances in which they apply.
The minimum rental period is three full days. The duration discount is 3% for 3 to 7 days, 7% for 8 to 14 days, 14% for 15 to 29 days and 20% from 30 days. The “from” rate corresponds to a rental of 30 days or more with deposit, excluding Waiver, options and supplements.
A tolerance of 3 hours applies to the invoiced duration; beyond that, an additional day is counted. It does not postpone return times without extra charge.
Caution et formule Waiver
The standard package includes a security deposit separate from the rental price and the insurance excess. Its amount appears on the vehicle page and in the quotation. The method of providing the deposit is specified before acceptance. After the vehicle is returned and checked, DRAAYV releases the deposit immediately if everything is in order. Any deduction must be itemised and justified to the customer. For a bank pre-authorisation, the time it takes for funds to become available also depends on the bank and may differ from DRAAYV’s processing time.
The deposit-free formula with Waiver is chargeable and subject to acceptance by DRAAYV. The supplement per day and its total are presented in the estimate when a rate is available. This formula does not mean a lack of responsibility. Only drivers declared and authorized by the contract can drive. Any accident, damage, theft or incident must be reported immediately to DRAAYV and handled according to the procedure communicated. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the policy indicated in the “Modification, cancellation and complaints” section also applies to the plan with Waiver. The excesses described under “Use, cover and liability” also apply with the Waiver.
To request the Waiver option, you must declare that you are at least 21 and have held a valid driving licence for more than 3 years. DRAAYV checks eligibility before confirmation. Required documents, foreign licence requirements and conditions for additional drivers are specified in your offer before you agree.
Options et frais conditionnels
The selected options are billed according to their displayed unit, per day or per rental, with no duration discount or Waiver surcharge applied to their price.
A one-off cleaning charge of MAD 200, EUR 20 or USD 20, depending on the contract currency, applies if the vehicle is returned dirty. This conditional charge is excluded from the initial estimate. No cleaning charge applies if the vehicle is returned clean.
Returns before 7 am or after 11 pm, Morocco local time, incur a one-off charge of MAD 700, EUR 70 or USD 70, depending on the contract currency. A confirmed appointment is required. No out-of-hours charge applies between 7 am and 11 pm inclusive. This charge also applies with the Waiver.
Paiement et confirmation
After validation of availability and acceptance of the quote, the reservation is confirmed after receipt of 20% of the reservation amount. The payment methods available are credit card, payment link, cash and transfer. The balance of the rental is payable on the day of delivery of the vehicle. The application form does not charge any payment. Do not provide a card number in a comment or email.
Withdrawal and legal rights
The commercial cancellation policy does not remove the mandatory rights of the consumer. Law 31-08 regulates the withdrawal of distance contracts and provides for exceptions, in particular in articles 38 and 42.
If a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your contract, it remains fully applicable regardless of our commercial cancellation policy. To exercise a right or request the terms applicable to your offer, email booking@draayv.ma with your reference. This page does not provide for any general waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
Mileage, fuel and towing
400 km per day are included and cumulative over the entire rental period. For example, a 3-day rental includes 1,200 km to be distributed freely. Only kilometers exceeding this total package are billed at 2 MAD per kilometer. The vehicle must be returned at the same fuel level as when it was picked up. Towing assistance: paid service at 300 MAD, according to the terms agreed with DRAAYV.
Use, guarantees and liability
The vehicle must be used with care, in accordance with the contract and the law. The Waiver guide cites in particular driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, unauthorized driver, invalid license, willful misconduct, gross negligence and failure to make mandatory declaration as situations likely to give rise to the liability of the renter.
Driver not at fault: no charge for the damage. Driver at fault: a fixed excess of MAD 5,000 applies to repairable damage covered by insurance; for a covered total loss, the excess is 5% of the vehicle’s purchase value when new, with a minimum of MAD 5,000. The no-deposit Waiver option does not remove these excesses. The security deposit is separate from the excess. The insurance policy’s cover and exclusions remain applicable.
Delivery and return of the vehicle
Pickup and return take place at the agreed locations and times. Check the vehicle condition, mileage and fuel level at handover and report any discrepancy to DRAAYV. Any extension must be agreed with the team before the scheduled return. In case of a breakdown or incident, contact DRAAYV on +212 7 02 98 20 20 and the emergency services if needed, then follow your contract instructions.
Complaints and applicable law

The contract is governed by Moroccan law, subject to applicable mandatory rules. Seeking an amicable resolution does not prevent the customer from pursuing remedies before the competent courts.
Modification, cancellation and complaint
Cancellation is free at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Within 48 hours, the amount already paid is non-refundable, subject to applicable legal rights. Send your request to booking@draayv.ma indicating your reference.
To request a change or cancellation, email booking@draayv.ma with your reference and keep proof of your request. Changes are subject to availability and your acceptance of a revised quotation if the price changes. For a free cancellation made at least 48 hours before pickup, DRAAYV processes the refund of amounts paid within 24 to 48 hours. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account then depends on the payment method and your bank. If unavailability is attributable to DRAAYV, a more expensive replacement cannot be imposed without your agreement; your refund rights are preserved.
