Information and purposes
The form collects the name, email address, telephone, route, vehicle, formula and requested options. An optional comment allows you to specify your needs. This information is used to study the request, establish a proposal and ensure its follow-up.
Mandatory fields allow us to process the request and respond to you. Avoid including identity documents, banking information or sensitive data in the free comment.
Access and providers
Information is accessible to authorised DRAAYV staff handling your request. Supabase provides storage and Resend notifications. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Google reCAPTCHA provides spam protection. These providers may process data outside Morocco. Transfer countries and safeguards still need to be documented as part of the CNDP formalities.
WhatsApp links open a third-party service. The information you send there is also processed according to the conditions of this service.
Tracking by reference
Tracking allows you to view the summary of a request with its reference and the associated email. Anyone with these two pieces of information can view this summary: keep them confidential. Contact details, comments and internal notes are not displayed. This access does not allow modification or cancellation and does not constitute verification of possession of the e-mail address.
Conservation et droits
Requests and messages are stored for handling and follow-up. No automatic deletion period is currently configured. The detailed retention schedule for requests, contracts and technical logs still needs to be formalised; we therefore do not claim that periodic deletion is already operational. To request a review of the deletion of your data, contact contact@draayv.ma. Legal obligations and the defence of legal rights may limit deletion.
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and objection on legitimate grounds by emailing contact@draayv.ma. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also contact the CNDP (cndp.ma). As of 1 November 2026, DRAAYV does not yet hold a CNDP receipt or authorisation for overseas data transfers. The formalities remain to be undertaken; this notice is neither a declaration nor an authorisation.
