Driver not at fault: no charge for the damage. Driver at fault: a fixed excess of MAD 5,000 applies to repairable damage covered by insurance; for a covered total loss, the excess is 5% of the vehicle’s purchase value when new, with a minimum of MAD 5,000. The no-deposit Waiver option does not remove these excesses. The security deposit is separate from the excess. The insurance policy’s cover and exclusions remain applicable.

The security deposit is separate from the rental price. Payment and release arrangements are specified in your quote. With an accepted Waiver, no security deposit is blocked or collected.
Payment20% payment required to confirm
Submitting a request is free. Once availability and the quote are agreed, DRAAYV confirms the booking after receiving 20% of the booking total. Payment methods: bank card, payment link, cash or bank transfer. The balance is due on the day the vehicle is delivered.
Driver and documentsWaiver: aged 21+ with a licence held for over 3 years
DRAAYV specifies the documents and driver requirements before confirmation. Waiver eligibility requires a minimum age of 21 and a valid driving licence held for more than 3 years, subject to verification.
Insurance, excess and assistanceComprehensive insurance · excess applies even without a deposit
Driver not at fault: no charge for the damage. Driver at fault: a fixed excess of MAD 5,000 applies to repairable damage covered by insurance; for a covered total loss, the excess is 5% of the vehicle’s purchase value when new, with a minimum of MAD 5,000. The no-deposit Waiver option does not remove these excesses. The security deposit is separate from the excess. The insurance policy’s cover and exclusions remain applicable. Towing assistance is a paid service: 300,00 MAD, subject to arrangements agreed with DRAAYV. Detailed conditions appear on the reverse of the rental agreement.
Mileage400 km per day, pooled over the rental
The allowance of 400 km per day is pooled over the full rental: for 3 days, you have 1,200 km to use as you wish. Only kilometres exceeding the total rental allowance are charged, at 2 MAD per kilometre.
FuelReturn with the same fuel level
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. The starting level is recorded when the vehicle is handed over.
Changes and cancellationFree cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup
Cancellation is free at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the amount already paid is non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights. Send your request to booking@draayv.ma with your booking reference.
Rental duration and return hoursMinimum rental: 3 days
The minimum rental is three full days. A 3-hour grace period applies beyond the agreed duration; after that, an additional day is charged. This does not extend service hours: returns before 07:00 or after 23:00 incur the out-of-hours fee and require a confirmed appointment. All times are local to Morocco.

Only if the vehicle is returned dirty. Only once per rental, not included in the estimated total.
Return outside of hours
Before 7 a.m. or after 11 p.m. Moroccan time. Only once, on appointment confirmed.
Your return: no hourly supplement.
Conditions of application
From 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. inclusive, no hourly supplement. Tolerance of 3 hours only concerns the invoiced duration. These costs remain applicable with the Waiver and are not options to check. None washing costs if the vehicle is returned clean.
