Airport
Prepare your arrival by plane
Before your flight
Indicate your arrival date, desired pick-up time and, if known, the flight number. Allow time between landing and meeting for formalities and baggage. The team will communicate the precise meeting location to you after agreement on the request.
The appointment and the changes
Maintain contact and instructions received before traveling. If the flight changes, notify the team: a new appointment must be confirmed. Late arrival does not guarantee delivery at any time; specify this time from the first exchange.
Restitution
Organize the return of the vehicle
For a return to the airport, choose a time allowing return and departure formalities. Check the meeting point and the expected fuel level before setting off. If your flight is changed, have the new return time confirmed.

Your landmarks in Agadir
The seafront and the El Had souk offer two different atmospheres for discovering Agadir. Group tours according to your accommodation and walking preferences. For a more distant exit, find out about the access points and allow the time needed for the return.
Adapt the vehicle to your stay
If you are traveling with beach or sports equipment, specify its size instead of choosing only according to the number of seats. Ask what equipment can be transported and under what conditions. Non-road tracks and access are not presumed to be authorized.
After landing
Distinguish between the arrival time of the flight and the time when you will be ready to collect the vehicle. If you are traveling as a family, indicate the need for child seats and the volume of luggage so that they can be confirmed.
Conditions to be confirmed
Points to check before confirming
Review the total price for the duration requested, mileage included, expected fuel and any costs. Specify the deposit, the damage and theft excesses, the documents to be presented and the cancellation conditions. Any additional driver must be declared and accepted before driving.
The online request does not automatically block a vehicle. Keep the proposal received and the written confirmation from DRAAYV with the terms of your stay.

Frequently asked questions
Can I collect the vehicle upon landing?
Agree on a meeting time separate from the landing time, taking into account formalities and baggage. Immediate delivery is not guaranteed.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Notify the team as soon as you become aware of the change and wait for their instructions. Availability for a new slot must be confirmed.
Is the vehicle reserved after sending the form?
No. The reservation requires confirmation from DRAAYV after studying availability and conditions.
What does the no deposit formula include?
The classic formula provides for a deposit. The accepted Waiver allows you to rent without a deposit, with a supplement whose daily amount and total are specified in your quote. You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license for more than 3 years. The quote confirms the amount and conditions; this option does not remove all liability. Find details in the Conditions section above.
What documents and how old the permit are required?
The team will communicate to you the criteria applicable to your vehicle and each driver before confirmation. For the Waiver, the tenant must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license for more than 3 years. The criteria of the classic formula and the precise documents remain to be confirmed depending on your situation.
