Your arrival by train
Copy the exact name of the station appearing on your ticket, your date and time of arrival. Add the train reference if you know it. Arrange a meeting that allows time to get off the train, collect your belongings and reach the indicated exit.
The meeting point
Ask for a specific meeting point: a station may have several access points. Do not assume that a DRAAYV counter is waiting for you in the building. Keep a contact number accessible and report a train change before your scheduled appointment time.
If your program changes
If your train is delayed or replaced, notify the team and have a new delivery time confirmed. Keep the agreed contact details handy before leaving the train.
Restitution
Organize the return of the vehicle
On your return, allow time between the return and the departure of your train. Handing over the vehicle, checking its condition and traveling to the dock are part of your organization. If you wish to return elsewhere, have this change and its possible cost confirmed.

No. Inform the team of the new schedule and wait for confirmation. A modification of the ticket does not automatically modify the rental.
Is the vehicle reserved after sending the form?
No. The reservation requires confirmation from DRAAYV after studying availability and conditions.
What does the no deposit formula include?
The classic formula provides for a deposit. The accepted Waiver allows you to rent without a deposit, with a supplement whose daily amount and total are specified in your quote. You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license for more than 3 years. The quote confirms the amount and conditions; this option does not remove all liability.
