Train station
Switching from train to car
Your ticket and schedule
Copy the exact name of the station appearing on your ticket, your date and time of arrival. Add the train reference if you know it. Arrange a meeting that allows time to get off the train, collect your belongings and reach the indicated exit.
The meeting point
Ask for a specific meeting point: a station may have several access points. Do not assume that a DRAAYV counter is waiting for you in the building. Keep a contact number accessible and report a train change before your scheduled appointment time.
Restitution
Organize the return of the vehicle
On your return, allow time between the return and the departure of your train. Handing over the vehicle, checking its condition and traveling to the dock are part of your organization. If you wish to return elsewhere, have this change and its possible cost confirmed.

Prepare your trips to Meknes
Your landmarks in Meknes
Bab Mansour, El Hedim Square and the imperial heritage are landmarks for discovering Meknes. Use these markers to organize your visits, without presuming times or access possibilities to each monument. The opening conditions must be checked with the places concerned before departure.
Adapt the vehicle to your stay
For an outing to the surroundings of Meknes, enter your destination in the program sent to the team. Distinguish driving time from time spent visiting and parking. Check the mileage provided in the offer before choosing the rental duration.
A correspondence to prepare
Keep the exact name of the station and the agreed contact. The time to exit the train and collect belongings is part of your organization; delivery must be coordinated with the team.
Conditions to be confirmed
Points to check before confirming
Review the total price for the duration requested, mileage included, expected fuel and any costs. Specify the deposit, the damage and theft excesses, the documents to be presented and the cancellation conditions. Any additional driver must be declared and accepted before driving.
The online request does not automatically block a vehicle. Keep the proposal received and the written confirmation from DRAAYV with the terms of your stay.

Frequently asked questions
Is the city name enough to organize the pickup?
No. Convey the exact name of the station and agree on a specific exit or landmark with the team.
My train changes: is the meeting automatically postponed?
No. Inform the team of the new schedule and wait for confirmation. A modification of the ticket does not automatically modify the rental.
Is the vehicle reserved after sending the form?
No. The reservation requires confirmation from DRAAYV after studying availability and conditions.
What does the no deposit formula include?
The classic formula provides for a deposit. The accepted Waiver allows you to rent without a deposit, with a supplement whose daily amount and total are specified in your quote. You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license for more than 3 years. The quote confirms the amount and conditions; this option does not remove all liability. Find details in the Conditions section above.
What documents and how old the permit are required?
The team will communicate to you the criteria applicable to your vehicle and each driver before confirmation. For the Waiver, the tenant must be at least 21 years old and have a valid license for more than 3 years. The criteria of the classic formula and the precise documents remain to be confirmed depending on your situation.
